Anyone have any experience with these boat lift roof covers? Haven’t set up an appt with sales but looks like the do work in our area. I’m guessing 3k or so based on what I saw online for rough cost. Seems like I heard someone mention you can do these roofs without a permit unlike traditional shingle roofs/boat houses. Not sure how good it would hold up and cost comparison to shingle roof and also not sure how much shingle roofs are to have built. I copied the link to their website below and I also included a couple of pictures of these roof systems I have seen on the water in our area. It seems to just work right off the top beam of the lift and also the lift pilings. No extra roof pilings are needed.

Thanks for any help/opinions.
