I was thinking about the Bimini trip and was wondering if anybody has ever looked into something like this to say like Catalina island. I only ask as this was something I thought about to see if my wife would make the trip to Bimini as it would require a almost 2500 mile drive to Florida as I live in AZ.

When I lived in SoCal we took several trips out to Catalina Island on jet skis. I was in a club with over 100 members. As long as you go and return in the morning, before the afternoon winds kick up, the trip can be fine. It can be a challenge to find a dock, normally would have to tie up to a rented mooring ball.
