So after pulling the boat from storage, I started working on getting her ready to go back in the water, I look underneath and see this (see attached). Anyone have any recommendations on how to get rid of this crud? The boat had only seen freshwater, so quite curious on this kind of build up.

Doesn't look all that bad to me (though you do have something on the anode!). Probably a little calcium from evaporating water or so. Maybe some light power washing action on them? I think that is what I did to mine. Not crystal clean, but good enough.
 
In addition to the white stuff, you have some superficial rust in a few places. You might want to try some CLR to remove the rust and the calcium (if that is what it is - I cannot tell). Also, The Must For Rust will take the rust off. It is cheap (Wal-Mart, HD and etc.), and it will not harm other surfaces. It leaves a waxy film behind to protect. I use it for any superficial rust; just spray and leave it (you might have to treat the surface more than once).
