I've been seeing this on the tie out posts and dock uprights; now its on my outboard and hull. We're in north central Mass. I've been on the lake since 61; I've never seen this before. Can anyone tell me what it is? Aliens?IMG_2453.jpgIMG_2454.jpgIMG_2452.jpg
