Just wondering when am I supposed to flush the engines. I'm in freshwater and I didn't know if flushing was only for after salt water use or are we supposed to flush after each fresh water trip?

Hi! Unless you're in brackish water, you're fine. It's the salters (like me) that must flush after every use. It sure won't hurt to flush maybe to "clean" things out but otherwise you're all set in fresh water. Enjoy!

Being a salty dawg myself I agree with @Dean P. I would only add it may be a good end of season, pre storage, step.

I tend to be a bit anal about this, but I flush after every weekend. I only operate in fresh water. Most likely overkill, but cheap insurance that takes an additional 10 minutes after a weekend outing. My old stern drive mechanic recommended regular flushing even in fresh water.
