Hi. I have a 1998 searayder f16. Trying to purchase new carburetor. Any suggestions?

Get the carburator model and hit the web until you find a great price.

Mikuni carbs from OEM can be double and triple the price of the same carb from another seller, I suspect the same is true for others.

Assuming that is a Mercury SportJet in there? If so, they shared components with similar hp outboards. It should not be hard to find. Don't shop by boat model, but rather the engine model.

What's worn that you need a replacement? You might want to see if you can find a small engine shop that will rebuild and clean it instead?

Thanks for that suggestion. I will probably do that.
