I installed my 12 inch fishfinder/chartplotter in the dash. I am planning on mounting the sideview transducer where I circled. I know this will only give me one side view, unless i add another transducer to the port side. There does not seem to be any mounting options that allow both sides. Where has everyone drilled run the transducer wire into the transom? Do I just drill a hole as close to the underneath of the swim platform?
