The mat you're looking to replace appears to be the original mat style for the 190 series. It looks just like mine. The other mats you have appear to the be the 195 series style mats.

If you can't find a replacement, JetBoatPilot has a group buy around September for SeaDek. Previous years were 30% off. I plan on getting a full set after being rained on one time....took 4 days to dry out the carpet!

I would honestly love to to get some SeaDek at some point. Pardon my ignorance here but part of me doesnt understand the premium price for SeaDek. Is the stuff really that good or is it that they dont have much competition? What if you mess up applying it and it starts coming up after a couple months? I dont see you can buy individual sections so are you just SOL? You have to spend that money all over again to fix it? Does the risk really out-way the reward that much?
