YDS System Newer Windows

I just got a new computer with the latest windows. In the device manager where you have to set the OBD2 cable to port 1, the option for ports is no longer there. Therefore, the device will not work. Has anyone been able to solve this problem?

Did you install the windows driver? I had that issue after wiping my windows 10 laptop and reinstalling YDS. Also in device manager go to 'View' and then click 'Show hidden devices'.

mine was on the CD I bought

Put the CD in and look for a folder called 'Drivers'.

No worries! I just recently went through this with my neighbor, so it was fresh on my mind. Exact same issue. Took me about 20 mins until I finally figured it out.
