I can't imagine spending that kind of money on an American sports car. If I was going to do that I'd get a hellcat and save $20k.
I know what you are saying...BUT, this is the car of my childhood dreams. My neighbor had one of the first to come off the line. That's why I'm partial to the early '63 'Vettes. They are special in many ways. And they drive like a dream. For technology that's over 50 years old it's amazing in it's simplicity. And it's complexity. The early series had so many details that were left off the later year models and of course the '64 car was very different.
Nothing like an old car to make you appreciate how far we've come. I had so much fun in my '55 Austin Healey 100-4. Looked exactly like this:

I kick myself for selling it every time I think about it....:(

Problem there is you have Dodge quality. If I wanted to save Some $$ I'd hold out for the GT350, but I'm guessing they'll go for $60-$70. Speed, handling, aesthetics, and re-sale value it's tuff to beat a Z06 IMO.
