Just tried the new ZUP. This is the more advanced ZUP and it was pretty squirrely for my daughters. I was able to get up pretty easily but they were having trouble with porposing. Conditions were not ideal due to chop so we will try it again on a smoother day. The board did fit into the ski locker but I am experimenting with strapping it on top of the tower below the bimini. The board was set up for tricks and I will try the bigger fins for hopefully more stability and will provide updates.

My first impression is that this board may be too adavanced (unstable) for beginners.ZUP in SKI Locker.jpgZUP on tower.jpgZUP on tower.jpgZUP on tower.jpg

Recently had 3, 5, and 6 year old first timers ride the zup with no issues. It's the best board for young kids to learn that I'm aware of. Just need to shift weight forward (or slow down, I pull 10-15 mph depending on age) if porpoising, should ride smooth then (other than the chop).
