Any ideas??? <Bimini base pulling out>

Glad it was an easier fix than anticipated. I've had my daughter get into the compartments for help. So it was a nut and bolt and both of them were backing out?

It's a stainless screw on top and a nylon nut underneath. Not sure which one backed out but the nylon nut should have prevented.
