@haknslash believe got his redone under warrantyHis ended up looking pretty good. I think it would hold up if you weren't too rough with the tower. My black tower on my 2015 is starting to peel and flake off at the bottom. Does anyone know if this is covered under warranty?

I voted plastidip. It's cheap and if it doesn't hold up then you know you'll need to have it powder coated. Are you also going to plastidip your window frame to match it?
I voted no. But the more I think about it, how about having it covered in sprayed on bedliner? That would be a durable coating! You have to mask off where you don't want it like where you mount speakers. It will add some weight to the tower too.
Dip it man. Cheap and not difficult to changeI would rather not have a textured surface. Powder coating would be too expensive... I'm thinking as far as buying a mini paint sprayer and going at it! (tower will be off)
