BEP makes a good one. Same brand as what comes from the factory. I just made a platform for a dual battery setup out of a pvc board from Home Depot. I will be screwing my four channel amplifier and a wet sounds AS-8 subwoofer to it as well. This way you can screw the board in place and don’t have to make all the screw holes for all the battery trays and accessories into the bottom of the deck.so my next purchase is going to be a dual battery. What switch do you guys run?
It’s a BEP dual battery switch.I am looking to run a amp, speakers, and my deck off it along with a usb charger. Just not sure what type of switch.
I isolate my house battery with a single perko switch 1,2 combined, but if I were doing it again I would go with this setup: http://www.bepmarine.com/en/714-140a-dvsr It will keep your starting battery in reserve and charge the second battery when it can while keep it totally isolated otherwise.so my next purchase is going to be a dual battery. What switch do you guys run?
so what would charge my battery that would run my speakers? Would I have to buy a separate on board batter charger?
