Main group 7 boats visual contact with north bimini

Guess that means rick is solo at the Sands and went off on his own? I can't find todays crossing list now. Glad to hear ahmed isn't alone back there though.

5 th time hitting the road to Bimini....hoping for our best crossing ever!

Bet they hit weeds again and slowed down

Looks like they are there, or at least close enough to swim in if they had to, lol. Looks like they just turned north to head to BGC instead of the sands.

First Glastron from our little jb.net family to make the crossing?

Ok. Looks like I can finally get something done today. Which really just means run down for some new tackle and spend the day pulling up crappie and imagining they are red snapper again. Be sure to tune back in tomorrow morning for an all new episode!

Back to household chores and a monotonous life today again :(

Arrived 7 boat

Rick's tracker showed them arriving about 30-45 minutes ahead of you guys he went straight to the sands I wonder if that is the two MIA boats if they possibly got ahead of you guys.

Wow, this has been more intense than anything. Glad to hear the first group successful crossing and they are safe. My concern, like many of you is for the two MIA. It reminds me of my situation last year after striking an object in ocean cracking my hull and taking on water. I pray for their safety.

Seems they all made it. Had tons of issues/breakdowns from seaweed. Jersey yami had to turn back after a half hour of trying to fix an overheating issue. water man checked in said the crossing was a breeze other than the damn seaweed. He said the other two boats went ahead of the group as they did not want to wait

I suspect the MIA boats are @rslegends and the other boats at Bimini Sands.

I hope not but tomorrow’s episode is likely to be more exciting.

@Betik, thank you for stepping up!!!

Seaweed was a little bit of an nuissance when we crossed as well. Lucky, seas were calm and clearing was no issue. On the way home, the inlet was LOADED with it. Glad they all made it. Hopefully the other boat can get things worked out and try for another crossing. I’m soooo jealous!!!! Lol
