No idea what that is but I was just going to say that when I got my 2018... there were nuts and screws at the bottom of the engine bay and just about every compartment. Drove me crazy wondering when something was going to come off or loose. Near as I can tell every time the builder drops a nut or screw or other part they simply grab another and don't put the effort in to find what they drop. 2 years later and I still find random nuts collecting near the drain plug.

Edit: Forgot to mention. After a couple things came loose, mainly seat hinges, I went through the entire boat tightening things up. I was shocked at how loose things were. Since this is a new boat I suggest you do the same.

Is it rubber or hard plastic?

This is one of many freebie gifts Yamaha’s quality department likes to throw in for new owners in addition to the loose and fallen nuts and bolts here and there as well as the gel coat imperfections. Not to mention the wonderfull metal shavings and other goodies you will receive thru the back hull drain. Be sure to write them and thank them for their generosity!

and they want to sell a 275 series for $130k ?
