New to the Jetboat forum. A couple of questions from the experts on here. I ordered the boat on 8/19, and visited the dealer last weekend. He showed me that my boat was in the confirmed status. Does anyone know exactly what that means?

One of the first things that I want to upgrade to is Seadek. Does anyone know exactly what I need to order? I know it is probably a stupid question, but can't remember what part of the boat has carpet.

Thanks!!

My experience with Yamaha is that "confirmed" means a "strong maybe" they'll get it built. I ordered all kits from JetBoatPilot, but inventory is getting low. JetBoatPilot is very good to work with and they have plenty of options on colors/patterns/etc. All kits can be found in the link attached. Note that the boat has snaps and these kits require removal and fill of the snaps. Not as big of a deal as it may sound and there are plenty of posts here to show you the way.

SeaDek for Yamaha 25 Foot Sport Boats (2021-Current) – JetBoatPilot

Thanks for information and quick reply!!

I would probably not buy SeaDek anymore from Jet Boat Pilot. They are discontinuing selling it on April 1st do to various issues they have indicated. Either look at the Marine Mat they are offering or if you want SeaDek there are other suppliers whom can do that.
