JB.net Losers Wanted

Had to side track my diet this week. Drove home to handle my affairs. I quit smoking over two years ago. So not smoking in the truck is tough enough, but not eating or smoking? Jeez!!!!

My kids have been out of school 7 days in the last two weeks. That has not helped with the diet. I have snuck away from work for 30 minute hilly hikes the last two days. Hopefully keeping that up will help in future weeks.

LOL...Lots of crickets here this week. I'm working stupid early so I'm up and gone before my wife is up and the scale is in the bedroom. Maybe she'll get up early one day this week....I tried weighing in last night, too much difference in my normal morning weight and evening weight. I can't submit that.

No joke! I only step on the scale in the mornings. Night weigh ins make me depressed.

I will jump in line first then this morning. 192.4.

Same as last week?
It's funny the way this has been tracking. You will notice a couple days ago I was all the way down to 189, then the weekend came! I have only had a couple bad spikes though. Plenty of time left.

This is from the last week.

2015-03-03 21.27.11.jpg Well, a slight loss. I'm not sure why I seemed to have stalled. Oh well, still a loss.

Not in this game; but I caught a stomach bug on Monday and dropped 4.5 lbs in 48hours. Very effective but not recommended. Great job everyone. Keep at it!
