    ACC Rocker

Yep, just marry your ground with the existing ground wire. (Clip off the female spade ground terminal, marry the wires, attach a new terminal, slide the new two wire female connection back on the male switch terminal)

    Sudden Cut-Out in Rough Water

Yep, that little one is actually for the voltage sensing relay. Same thing here about a year ago.

    NEMA 2000

Love it. My wife always wants me to turn on the fish ID feature. Then she'll want to fish on the port side -- "because that's the side the fish are swimming toward."

Trolling Motor Batteries in Console Nook - pictures?

Mine too. I mounted them on trays and the trays hang over just a bit. With the goofy shape of the Optimas I used, I got the best use of space by angling them together at the nose.

Screw the lights -- I want your garage!

    Fuel/Water Seperator

Thanks, I figured that was probably the situation. After I posted, I searched the entire site rather than just this FSH forum where I first started. I did find a few references on other models. One showed a photo of the in tank assembly. Ours are likely very similar. Depending on the micron...

    Fuel/Water Seperator

Just curious. Has anyone added a fuel filter/water separator to their FSH? Is there any reason why not to do it?

    Water not draining inside boat

Welcome to the group. Most of us are all having lots of fun on our boats...and fixing more than our share of things in our spare time that the factory should have handled. Enjoy!

    FSH in the rain

Yes to this! I'm not ready to throw in the towel just yet.

    FSH in the rain

I went ahead and did mine on Sunday. Looked about as bad as the other thread where the guys were re-sealing the hatch in wet compartment. I took out the screws and the hatch lifted off the deck with zero adhesion. The little bit silicone they did use stuck to the deck side. Unfortunately all I...

    Live Well Pump

No. I'm not near the boat but I think you're looking at the wash down hose over on the left (rear). You want the one right where the thru-hull for the water pick-up is located. Right above the trailer bunk where you were looking earlier. Look in the engine compartment...the pump will be plumbed...

    Scupper valves

Have a look back here from @Billy Marlin. https://jetboaters.net/threads/deck-washdown-mod-no-more-standing-water.9210/#post-157588

    Yep. Outstanding location. ;)

    Live Well Pump

Not sure what your electrical comfort level is but this is one that would be a good place to learn how to use either a test light or a multi-meter to check out if you have power going to the pump. Both are cheap and easy to learn. It's certainly something that could pop up at anytime on numerous...

    FSH in the rain

I figured you probably did. That would have been the easy answer. Rod holders wouldn't hurt. I haven't sealed mine yet but I would suspect the access cover in the deck floor over the fuel tank is probably a big leaker too.

    FSH in the rain

I'm assuming you re-sealed the deck drains at the thru-deck and not just at the thru-hull?

anyone adventurous with a 19 foot fsh or 19 foot keel boat in my area

Hearing you all mention an improvement in time to jump on plane...I may have to drop Jeff an email one of these days. Altitude here takes a power bite out of everything naturally aspirated.

    Trolling motor setup help

If you haven't been here yet: https://jetboaters.net/threads/trolling-motor-battery-location.11804/ These guys have this thing dialed in. If I ever decide to upgrade mine, I'll be copying.

    Trolling motor setup help

Lots of options to consider. Lot's of this actually has been covered in many other posts. Fortunately, you've got choices. Left or right? - I chose right if for no other reason than to keep the motor on the side opposite the trailer crank. One less thing to get in the way of my fat head. Many go...
