    yea I figured that out this summer. I posted on the facebook page. I was going to hole saw behind that plate. I am dreading the stern cleats.....I bet the port side stern table mount has a hole behind it as well....then you have the small hole for the starboard side using the radio...

    Good point, I guess I failed to mention I try and use bone in chicken mostly: thighs, split breast....seem the marinade penetrates towards bone more since cut meat. I guess injection could be beneficial for large breasts.....chicken that is....LOL

    I was not aware of that meat. I will have to check it out when I go to the local butcher. I only go to this butcher when I buy a whole something; ribeye etc and have them cut it. I usually have the butcher but half the ribeye for my steaks the other half is used for my prime rib (BEST EVER)...

    ok, if you try this recipe....I GUARANTEE you will NEVER order a steak in a restaurant ever again!! Gallon size zip lock.....may need more bags but amount is for gallon size and as many steaks you want inside. Fillets (4) Strips (2-3) Ribeyes (2) etc. Ribeye's and fillets are the BEST. 1/4...
