1 I agree with the TSA Pre Check and will get for my wife and I. We are all talking about the heat. From experience I can tell you to be sure to stay hydrated. In dry heat you can tell how much you are sweating by the salt on your skin or shirts. And by the way if you don't stay hydrated you can end up having IVs into your system. Don't ask me how I know.- John McLaughlin

Fourth of July Dinner
For our 4th of July dinner we had ribs with Mac and Cheese along with blueberry or cranberry muffins. For dessert we had Pecan pie with fresh mint leaves and cream. I made dry ribs today, no wrapping or resting. They took about 3 1/2 hours at 240. I did spray with apple juice frequently...- John McLaughlin

Smoke from Canada. Take a look at these photos if one is wondering what they are breathing into their lungs because of the smoke from Canada. One of our cars sat for a week and this is what I found on the hood. I can only assume it is the ash from smoke coming from the fires out of Canada- John McLaughlin

No matter how many signs are posted people must find out for themselves. I have seen the ponies go into tents to get food, eat food campers leave on tables etc. I have also seen visitors take their young children right up to them to get pictures.
