For our 4th of July dinner we had ribs with Mac and Cheese along with blueberry or cranberry muffins. For dessert we had Pecan pie with fresh mint leaves and cream. I made dry ribs today, no wrapping or resting. They took about 3 1/2 hours at 240. I did spray with apple juice frequently after the first two hours. For those who might be familiar with the department store :Jordan Marsh (not sure it exist today) I used their recipe for the blueberry muffins. They were famous for them back in the days.[flag]DSC04356.jpegDSC04352.jpegDSC04353.jpegDSC04354.jpeg
