Claire and l had the pleasure of having two very special friends, Steve and Sonja Curry, visit over the weekend. We have been close friends ever since we served together in the Army fifty years ago. We had a great time talking over old times and drinking wine. So I had the pleasure of cooking a seafood dinner starting with an appetizer of crab cakes and scallops over watermelon followed by grilled cedar planked salmon with brown rice and broccoli. The dessert was apple pie.
