    I've noticed on a lot of the Rotax overflow jugs that the hose clamp on the bottom of the bottle is not the best clamp type. I have replaced many of them including on my 195 HOI. Check that first.

    Love mine wouldn't have any other boat period. NO other jet boat can else compare looks wise (maybe a aqua Chap Vortex). Owned tons of rotax toys in my short 27 year life I wouldn't own anything else. Just my 2 cents.

    Coolant in engine bay after winter

    My scarab did that over the past winter. Replace the factory hose clamp with something better on the bottom of the coolant Reservoir. This is fairly common from my knowledge anyway.
