    Lake Keowee

Agree with @Seadeals Lake Keowee is extremely busy... and dangerous at times due to its shape, layout and corners. Last season was the worst... it was like being on the ocean in the main channel... A nightmare for towing tubers. The traffic on the lake has changed a lot in 4 boating seasons...

    Minimum tow rating fo sx230

Another vote and testament here for the R/T Durango. After 1 year in, it’s a beast and has plenty of frills.

The officially unofficial performance sunglasses thread

I have used Oakley, Costa, Ray Ban and cheap knock offs. I pay $600-$700 for prescription sunglasses, mainly Costa 720p Tuna Alley and Oakley Turbine. Costa’s true glass lenses are heavy, and I found them to be no clearer than Oakley’s Prizm Deep Water plastic lenses. Thousands of dollars into...

    NOCO GCP1 Outlet installation

Having recently installed one, there's a rubber gasket, so no... you don't have to seal it {dependent on you mounting it on a flat spot}. But, a bead of Life Caulk wouldn't be a bad idea either.

    Durango RT vs Audi Q7

Living in the South, I have no need for AWD. Coming from owning an AWD Yukon, I determined that it only added weight and cost of maintenance/parts replacement. I had to pay for a front differential rebuild once in the Yukon. Not cheap.

    Durango RT vs Audi Q7

@dgfreeze My wife and I bought a '19 Durango RT back in August. I purposefully bought a RWD instead of AWD... and made sure it already had the towing package. It tows and brakes a good bit better than the Yukon XL Denali with the 6.0L that I used to have... this past weekend I averaged 11.5 mpg...

Oil Change on MR-1 (How to perform a Complete Drain)

@CrankyGypsy and @Scottintexas Any leads on where you are sourcing the drain plug washers now? The only M8 washers I have found are 13mm outside diameter instead of 15mm. The set I have are US standard sizes. 80 Piece Copper Washer Assortment I am curious to what others are using here in this...

    Looking for Durango Owners Feedback

We’re looking to eventually replace my Yukon XL Denali with a new Durango R/T or SRT. We test drove a 2019 R/T that is rear wheel drive. Loved it! For any of you Durango owners out there, do you tow with the rear wheel drive version? What’s your feedback? For those of you with the all wheel...

    Mr1 intermittent cylinder drop.

☝That to me would tell me if there’s root cause at the ecu or a shortage in a wire.

    Mr1 intermittent cylinder drop.

Just working from my head if I were in this same situation... I would then probably test the end terminals of the wire harness that connect to the injector. I would think that there has to be a way to check voltage being applied during the yds injector test at both the ends of the wiring harness...

    Mr1 intermittent cylinder drop.

I wonder if the internals of the injector are clogged, leading to reduced volume & spray pattern?

    Insurance hunt

It is insurance renewal time for us. :) We are leaving Progressive and had Geico, State Farm, ski safe and BIA give us quotes. We ended up with Chubb through National Boat Owners Association. A lot better coverage in comparison and our premium dropped to $297. 24k agreed value 300k liability...

    Mr1 intermittent cylinder drop.

This is a decent video showing you how to use a multimeter to measure ohms.
