Don't let the drive be a deterrent unless getting a warranty that requires you to bring back. I drove fro Chicago to Maryland for first boat and chicago to tampa for second boat.
The Bimini is smaller on the AR210? I do think I would like the tower also and would add one eventually if I kept the boat. My main reasons for thinking about the 212SS is it only has 80hrs for sure while the other boat says 155 but the meter was put on by the last owner so who knows really. The HO engines are cool but not a deal breaker for me since we will be using this boat for family cruising mostly.
@MacAR210 In your position, I would buy the ss. You cannot add horsepower, you cannot roll back the hours. It sounds like the ss is the nicer boat with a galvanized trailer, nicer interior, more horsepower, and no tower. you can add the tower, if you look at my earlier post. That link will get a company to install the tower as well.
