1989 Ultranaucs Star-jet 1250

60 hp motor will not rev at idle, rpm increases when I manually open choke. Any idea what is causing my poor throttle response.

Resolved choke was manually set, move lever down and adjusted idle

Hello All

Like others I see on here I just got a 89 JetStar 1250. with a 90 Suzuki motor.
I am looking for the basic stuff like a owners or even better a service manual on the boat and engine.
Also I`m looking for parts such as steering and forward/reverse cable.
I tried CPC and deckjetwatercraft web sites and there is no links to click on for parts? do you have to call?

What ever info y`all can give me is awesome.

Thanks
Tom

for us it was trash in the tanks and lines. had to pull the tank to clean it right. see my picks on JB of all the crap i pulled out of the gas tank.
