I just got my boat out from winter storage, Last fall I went thru engine and only quickly started to see if ran before winter.
So now hooking hose to it to see how she runs, seems to run great start right up - Just Idles about 3K.
That is what tach is showing, but not sure if accurate.
I have the set screw barely touching throttle plate, and cable is all the way loose on throttle.
Is there another way to turn down OR should it seem high out of the water with a hose to it.
thanks

If its like my jetski, it will be high out of the water. Really high. It needs to load on the jetdrive to majntain the right idle.

Ok thanks for input
Guess got to bite the bullet and put her in, always nervous after going thru the engine..
