having issue with 2004 seadoo sportster,when installing DESS key,the engine fuse box starts buzzing,when hitting start button,the relay clicks and buzzing stops for about ten seconds and then buzzing starts again,unit dose not turn over,I have over 12 volts with new battery,and have 12 volts to the main fuse,checked engine ground wires and ground cable and all is good also,replaced with a new starter relay any seadoo boat dealers out there that can give some ideas to check

I have the same issue with my 2004 speedster..
