According to the tech I talked to, 0.015 on one side means it’s 0.030 and it’s too much. What do you think?

so the shop sold you bad impeller/wear ring that's out of spec, thank you Mr. Tech for admitting that, please send me some new stuff,

This is from the manual, I read and have always understood it to be at the single point of measure, not cumulative,

we had a thread about measuring impeller pitch ( it may have been by swatski when he did his multiple brand testing for surfing)
I still think it would be a good idea to know exactly what pitch you have to help rule out some of the variables you have
