@Jim Robeson
I don't imagine Murray will come anywhere close to what he did with the Cowboys. He had a top rated offensive line in front of him...a number one rushing offensive line as a matter of fact for much of last season. If the front office at Valley Ranch are correct that you can put any back behind them and get good results, then the same would be true that Demarco won't deliver the same as he did for them, behind the O line in Philly, cause they just ain't the same. IMO, and I can't blame him, his move to Philly was just a money issue, and had nothing to do with getting his best shot at production.

The Cowboys signed Greg Hardy DE a certified "sack" specialist, yesterday as well. I don't think they have signed or even talked to Adrian Peterson yet have they? My guess is that they take a young, ground pounding back, that they can get a few years out of before the price goes up. The poor Eagles won't have the room in the cap after spending so much on a RB. I hate this formula accounting that is the norm in the NFL today. Glad I didn't buy that #29 jersey for $110 last year...even with the employee discount at the airport, they were still $79. Bought my honey #82, that is a Cowboy! I am just hoping that after the franchise tag wears off, they have the ability to pay Dez Bryant next year.

That is a fact!! You did good there Mel!! Yeah, I'm not sure how Murray will respond but I have a feeling he'll be pumped when it comes to playing the Boys. I really figured that they would do exactly what they did...keep Dez and let Murray walk. Two different skill sets there and I think you're correct, if you have the right O-line then it shouldn't really matter about the RB...not to take anything away from Murray, he had a fantastic year. Who ever lands Peterson will have a man that will be running with an anger...in my opinion.

I agree @Jim Robeson and I am not taking a single thing from Demarco...he is an awesome back, and a man of character too! That was something that he added to the Cowboys that I will miss. I hate these premadonna talents that are more a drain on the team than a addition to it. I don't know much about AP, but didn't he have a bunch of problems? I hate to see them if so. I also still think they need at least a good RB to have a balanced O. And they proved last year, balance is the key. So a little better than good, is important IMO. All I know for sure, is the drought for the Cowboys fan ended, and it was a welcome feeling, that I hope continues!

I'm with @MikeyL . Been a huge Falcons fan since I was about 8 years old. I try to trust the ones in charge that they know what they're doing, but scratch my head on some of the moves and guys we don't resign.

For you Dolphins fans, I'd take Brent Grimes back in a heartbeat. I about lost my mind when we let him go.
