2015 24' Boats RPM

I wonder if the supercharged rotax boats have different rpm at full throttle?

I ask because I believe Yamaha has really maxed everything out whereas the new line of rotax boats may not be.

Someone needs to get me a 500 hp 21' boat for some r&d testing here.

Isn't the starboard engine a little lower due to pump loading? I know if I'm cruising at 5800 rpm matched exactly the starboard engine uses a touch more fuel also indicating some pump loading variance. Typically the port engine revs a little higher because of this. This is normal operation and no adjustments necessary.

May be I have no idea about that stuff I just know they aren't the same

Someone has to buy one first.
I have yet to see one at a dealer. They all get the 200 hp twins. With reason! They are somewhat pointless with the extra horsepower without proper pitch on the props and a perfect set of pumps.

You r definately right I looked before I bout my Yamaha I really wanted to compare the 255 and just couldn't find one
