Could someone please confirm the correct cranking RPM for a 2017 1.8L HO engine in a 2017 FSH 190 jet boat? My current cranking RPM seems low, around 115-120 RPM. I was informed that it should be 300+ RPM for proper cranking.

If possible, could someone check the cranking RPM on a similar setup and report back? I want to ensure accuracy before purchasing a new starter, as they are quite expensive.

For reference, my batteries are brand new and all cables have been checked and are in good condition.

Thank you very much!
