Hi all,

Just nabbed this on Friday! First Jet Boat and damn, is she touchy! Also, I walked the boat into about 2 feet of water- you’ll see sand in the pics below. I heeded all warnings on here and didn’t drive in beyond 3.5 FT.
Happy Summer time!

BEAUTIFUL boat, congratulations!

2 feet is plenty. Just go fast and don't slow down! Maiden voyage last Friday in our 2020 242LSe on the Willamette River, saw 1.7' one time, on plane. I know the river well and was following the county sheriff. Don't think I'll make that run at summer water level, was seeing the rocks whiz by a bit more than I was comfortable with, even in a familiar area.

Congratulations on the new boat! I meant more for enjoying near the beach rather than boating over, but good point and I can definitely do that!

A few years late...Was this you at Burlington Harbor Marina on 8/15/24?
Ya, that was me on the catamaran.
