It is still Hockey season, at least in New England and St. Louis. Spell check please @Betik ;). The Bruins and the Blues are the last two teams playing this year. I have been a Bruins fan for nearly 50 years and coached by a former Bruin as a teenager. So I am pulling for them to win the Cup. Besides, I was born in Mass. I know there will be at least one other New Englander here shouting for the Blues. At least I get that impression from @swatski 's posts about Kate, his wife. It's gonna be a great series. Game 1 Monday Night. 8PM.

I know!
About Kate... She's a tricky one. Raised in a family with deep Boston roots, her father was a life long Pats and Bruins fan...
I'll explain the rest - of what I know - one day over a cold one, lol (it involves a love affair with a hockey player [not me], the old St. Louis "Arena", and some other nonsense). Enough to say she's a screaming LGB (Let's Go Blues) Blues fan!!

Blues are a young-ish team, they bring a lot to St. Louis, I just hope they do well.

Once the Bruins got the rust out from the long break they owned it. Hopefully that puck hit to the forearm in the final seconds does not change things and the Bruins will be carrying brooms.

I watched the post game interviews on NESN. He said he was OK, "it was only a cut". But I am sure it will be sore.

LGB!!!!

South shore for me, Braintree, Brockton, Plymouth

My Sister was born in Plymouth, my Mother was born in Brockton and a bunch of cousins in Braintree. Lived in Marshfield before we moved to Vt. Spent a lot of time in Hingham at Pilgrim Arena.

HAHA...

LETS GO BLUES!!!!!

Just sent some of my Evil Sports wood bats to Vermont. Used to stay on Burton Island and fish for the week
