I have 2020 Chaparral Vortex, 2430. Almost made it through the season without any issues just want to take the boat for final ride this season in New Jersey and the right engine would not start. Well, I’m familiar with the relay issue and I had a couple in stock so I replaced one of the ignition relays and the motor started right up. Took the boat out for a ride and after, a proper warm-up I push the throttle all the way forward and the RPMs stopped at 6000 instead of the normal 7900 to 8000. I did not hear the familiar sounds of turbo functioning so I knew it was the turbo immediately. Does anybody have any easy troubleshooting tips for what the most likely problem would be with the turbo thank you.
