After our first outting with the 252se I noticed noticed the stereo works great while cruising in no wake mode or anything slow, once we hit the throttle it seems to cut in and out. At first I thought it was my Bluetooth so I switched to fm radio and the same problem. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

It's probably an issue with the amp. Mine was doing the same and the sub wouldn't work. Yamaha said they are reprogramming / software upgrading the amp and sending it back to me. Hopefully that fixes it. I should know in a week hopefully.

Finally got the amp back and installed. It works, and the sound is like getting a new system. They also mentioned the wrong fuse was installed. Something about needing a 40 watt fuse that was never installed.

Covid CQ continues... glad you got yours figured out.
