I need to replace the raised lettering that is on either side, aft near the waterline on a 195S. I have the letters on order thanks to this forum! But I have not found any info on the correct adhesive to use to apply the lettering. Any suggestions please?

Well duh. The letters have adhesive on them. No wonder they don’t stay on well.

I’ve used double sided tape several times with no issues. Most recently I used double sided gorilla tape, around $10 for a roll at Home Depot. If you ordered from yamaha the letters come covered in plastic so the spacing is correct when you mount the letters to the hull with the pre integrated adhesive tape.
