'93 sea rayder w/120hp sportjet engine

Hello everyone! I just bought a 1993 sea ray sea rayder that someone swapped a 120hp sportjet motor onto. The guy had a mechanic work on it several times, but didn't finish the work. I put the bottom end (gears & impeller shaft) back together, and would like to know if anyone has any issues I should be immediately on the look out for. I am missing a couple bolts and screws under the jet drive, but I am sure I can find suitable replacements. My first jet boat, so I am a "newb" when it comes to this stuff.

I have this same boat. My engine is strong, no rust. It was rebuilt by a boat mechanic. The problem with mine is that it has a bad jet drive. The boat is in great condition otherwise. Interested?
