Yeah word got out in my area that it was heading up the Potomac. A bunch of folks on boats were following it up the river. It was pretty cool to watch the tug boats switch places. One tug would push while the other pulled. Not sure why they would switch places....I guess either pushing or pulling is harder on the tug engines? not sureI have seen a few interesting things on the water, but nothing like that!
