Hopefully @Keith Hebert's version will be available soon and for less money.

I don't plan on getting either of these things as I'm good with what I have now but damn these things are cool and I'd bet some members here could benefit from them.

It's cool but why not make it mount to the ball? Seems like it could be more universal instead of needing a mount for each trailer.

Not worth 3K USD.

I bet something like that could be real handy for a dealership with a showroom. But for personal home use, wow that's a lot of money

By mounting it to the tongue you could drive it right up to your hitch and drop it on. It's worth mentioning also that we are comparing a finished product with @Keith Hebert's proof of concept. I hope Keith continues to a finished, marketable unit.

I agree this is likely geared more for commercial use than home use. Probably overkill for putting the boat away in the garage on the weekends.

That's a valid point, but makes it REAL expensive when it only fits one boat. ....Unless you buy multiple mounts.

That's my point about having a mount. If you were moving say 20 boats around a showroom, imagine moving that mount 20 times. Not really practical for a lot of boats and too expensive for a home user.
