Any anchoring Pro's out there.

All good options. Gonna have to see which one works best. may get some shore spikes, but damn there expensive......I may use some horseshoe spikes. then the spikes can be used for some horshoes and anchoring at the same time

I bought an auger spike designed for anchoring an outside leash for a large dog, $5 at Home Depot.
Works pretty well for a shore spike and you can't beat the price.

We have a Slide Shore Spike and to me it's well worth the investment. I used to use a regular anchor for the stern when we anchor at the beach. On busy days with wind from the stern with the bimini up it would pull out of the sand. I've never had the shore spike do that. We've even tied a few boats to it at once with the same wind and it held firm.
