Any ways to get this thing off !!!

I remove it I use white lithium grease and I never sieze the spark plugs from day 1 plus use dielectric grease on the plug boots
 
in a spray can at walmart automotive section for about 2.50 a can can't beat that now can you?
 
Cool not to get real technical.....but the white lithium grease compared to regular crc 6-56 basically adds a "Greasy" protective layer on the parts sprayed on, rather then just a wet coating that will eventually dry....???? Thanks for the info on this M.D W. !!
 
it leaves a film on the parts that stays there , it works great
