I had a two piece snap-on cover made for my last boat and even though I had a flap that was supposed to seal up the gap between the two pieces I still got a little water intrusion at the bottom of the windshield where the pieces seam up.

I’m going to get a snap-on cover made for my new boat but was thinking of a single piece snap-on cover instead of the two piece.

Anyone have a single piece snap-on cover? Pros/cons??

I had a customer two piece cover made for my 275SD. The guy used a heavy duty zipper to connect the two pieces together. So far i don't think I get much water instrusion.

Maybe you could have someone sew a heavy duty zipper into your two pieces?

That’s a really good idea - I’ll ask if they use zippers. :-)
