Man these boats are good looking! Im so glad of my purchase haha.

This was my last runabout. I had a 2013 Cypress Cay Pontoon prior to this Yamaha but I needed more FUN on the water so I got back to my roots. I loved this boat. 1993 GW Invader Bravo, 18ft. 4.3 V6 Merc. This boat gave me every problem under the sun but I loved it. It looked nasty in the water haha. I bought it and within a month I had to put a stern drive on it bc it locked up. Come to find out, the butterfly valves in the Y pipe had broke off and blew a hole in the Y pipe. Thats what locked the stern drive up. I had to pull the motor, get the Y pipe welded up, put a starter on it, install the motor, rebuild the carb from getting water logged, redo the upholstery and then after ALL this, it finally ran great again. And then the floor got soft and I cut my losses and sold it. BUT, without all that, I wouldnt have my Yamaha!! Ya live, ya learn....and throw away thousands of $$$ GW Invader.JPG

I am VERY impressed with the participation in this thread. Maybe the rest of our side of the forum will start to liven up soon :) I should have some nice mods to discuss.....Perfect Pass, new radio, two wired remotes, some ballast bags :) COME ON SUMMER!

It's a Humminbird digital depth gauge. It has other functions, but only really look at the depth.

Do you not like depth gauge that is built into the tach? Just curious.

Yea, RiverRat is correct. The 190"s weren't blessed with some of the goodies the 192's have. I got the dealership to add it free of charge due to a typo on the boat's spec sheet they gave to me at the Boat expo. :p

I woiuld have pushed them to add the 102 sending unit, it is a direct swap andthen it opens all the features up.

@CFD3Captain You have the same mods planned as I do except I have a project in front so I will be sporting a mostly stock 192 this year... I will be starting with a 750 ballast bag and playing around with it and when I get that all dialed in and how many more bags I want, they will eventually become plumbed in.
