Brand new 2021 ar190 the rubber moulding below windshield keeps coming off when driving on the highway. I work it back on by hand but it doesnt stay on for long. I was thinking about using an adhesive but looks like the factory doesnt do that. The nearest dealer is an hour 45 minutes away and I'm sure theyll want it for overnight. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a solution?

@Ibeflyinhigh ..... I have had problems with this strip on my 2020 SX195. It seems to pop-out in some locations then I try to get it back into the channel it pops-out in another area. I haven't looked closely but I would not glue it in until you have made sure it doesn't provide access to screws that hold the windshield down. Not matter what I agree that it is a nuisance and difficult to make it fit correctly. Something we shouldn't have to deal with.

It is a screw cover for the channel. Had a similar but different situation with the rubber/vinyl trim on our 07 230 series. https://jetboaters.net/threads/07-yamaha-windshield-trim-plug-black-rubber-seal.15306/
As far as yours goes...possibly a few tacks, dabs of silicone along the channel beneath to keep it in place. It would also allow removal if needed.

3m makes adhesive just for that. Pick it up at any napa. 3m weatherstrip adhesive. I would not glue the whole thing. Just maybe tack each end and on a long run maybe one small spot in the middle so it can be removed without destroying it.
