Does anyone know if there are actually any 195s available in the US at this point or is it all just deposits for next year?

I would highly doubt there are any available at this point. Even if the original person with a down payment backed out, I'm sure there is quite a few people already in line to buy it. So randomly finding one would just be a strike of extreme luck at this point.
