Anyone have a link to a back up drain plug for a 2019 242SE?

Realized that is one thing I'm missing in my boat bag.

That’s a really good idea. That link only shows it fitting 240s.

Is the 210/212 the same, just without the plate?

Yes. It fits in my 210. I bought several. keep one in the boat and a couple in the boat cabinet in the garage. Keel without the plate and it can replace the other plugs in the boat as well.

Sooner or later I can see somebody thinking it is funny to take the keel plug. Or it gets stuck and I need to break it out, etc. Not sure if it is something I can just go get at a boat store quick so I figured it is best to keep a few on hand rather than ruin an outing.

EDIT: I believe they are the same on all the yamaha boats, but would need additional confirmation on it.

you can use the drain plugs within the boat as backup... same plug
Yup I thought of that too when I checked for them. Yamaha says to keep them closed when the boat is in the water so it can't sink easily. But since I don't slip, I plan to remove the fuel tank drain so it keeps everything dry (no water ever comes out anyway), and keep it in the glovebox as a backup. The engine wall drain I plan to keep closed for safety, and it's the hardest to reach. It's always been bone dry in there.
