I noticed the other day that my Bilge pump switch was getting hot, not warm...hot... I had it on for about 10 minutes during a boat check at my slip...Any ideas, Is this normal? The bilge kicked on every few minutes as it supposed to and got rid of the rain water (im guessing it was rain water).

Yeah it lights up.

Is that replaceable or just change out the switch?

Inspect/Clean the terminals on the back first. If they are at all corroded...corrosion = resistance = heat.
