BOATS & BIKES

Wow very nice. Looks like you don't have only a few months to enjoy everything though! I need that

Started tearing into the H2 today.
Pulled the carbs to clean them out
Gonna send the tank out to get restored if i can't find a decent replacement.
Verified spark is good on all 3 cylinders.
Pistons look rough so i am going to pull the engine and rebuild it.
Found the owners manual under the tail lamp, and the 3 original replacement spark plugs still in its holder

I love how those pipes follow the lines of the bike

Finished working on the Victory a few months ago but never had time to post about it.

Added flush mount turn signals front and rear.

Did a Llyods Torque Tube Intake with twin filters, and a Power Commander V with custom tune.

And an RPW slash cut exhaust with O2 delete.

Also not pictured, I went with a Metzler 250 rear tire and added 4in forward controls.

It hasn't been Dyno tested yet, but based on the same mods being done on other hammers, Lloyds estimates apporx. 122hp vs the stock 96hp. It definitely has a really noticable seat of pants difference.

You know that you are probably going to die in a firy crash just from having that in your shop right? I mean, still worth it and all.

Yup worth every second.
Probably not drive it much but will restore it and add it to the pile of stuff my grandkids get when I am ashes lol

The good old days!!!

After my H2 engine tear down, i was sure i was going to have to bore the cylinders because the center one that was destroyed looked like this

But after some patience with some muriatic acid, a razor blade and scotch bright. It looked good so i used 3 different ball hones ending with a 600 grit hone, this is the end result
All still within stock spec.

Ordering pistons and gaskets and it will be back together and running soon

Finally got to spend a few hours on the H2 today
Got the top end back together and bled the oil injection. Hopefully this weekend i can put the exhaust back on, then the carbs then fire it up on the fuel bottle.

Added a new toy to the garage yesterday. The misses gave me permission to purchase an early Father’s Day and birthday gift for myself. Well she actually handed over the money so she could say that she purchased it as a gift for me.

And she said I can keep my Hammer S!

Installed a Termignoni exhaust and a T800 UpMap with the MTorque tune on my Ducati. Should be pushing around 230hp now. It was a rocket before, but now it’s insane.

Factory vs Termignoni

Is it 2 seperate pipes. Looks like there is another on the left side. Looks great ?
Something very sexy about a single sided swing arm

Yeah. The front two cylinders exit on the right side back two on the left.

I love the single sided swing arm too. What sold me on it was the sound of the dry clutch.

Yup dry clutches are a very unique cool sound

Just finished overhauling everything on this 1967 Honda Scrambler 305, from the ground to the grips. I went through the engine, had it bored 1mm over stock, rebuilt the suspension, steering, carbs, etc. Not one part on this bike mechanically went untouched. It rides nice and tight. Better than it was new. Did everything but the paint.
The owner is using it on nostalgic trail rides.
He will be ecstatic. Very fun and comfortable to ride20241012_130626.jpg20241008_113340.jpg20241008_113332.jpg20240930_155153.jpg
